The GIRLS scholarship program should be extended, but needs major shifts in the overall program structure. The "wind of change" is blowing. The strategic outlook was debated and long term decisions taken. The financial report accepted, the current political situation in Ethiopia was evaluated. General impression: It is becoming more difficult to achieve financial support from donors in 2019, so that bigger new projects are on ice for the moment.
